Telephone Counselling is as Effective as Face-to-Face
A recent research study indicates that, "...similar clinical outcomes can be achieved via the telephone as are obtained in face-to-face [therapy]".
Furthermore, the alliance between therapist and client, as well as levels of empathy, attentiveness, participation and openess, are equivalent as in face-to-face therapy.

For convenience I can offer telephone counselling sessions, as necessary and where appropriate, having completed specialist telephone training.
